When you connect your Google Nexus or Google Pixel device to your PC, you need to use a USB driver. A USB driver is needed to connect your phone to the PC. This will allow you to use the Android ADB and Fastboot tools.

- First, open the Start screen and type “cmd” into the search bar.

- Type “netstat -an” into the command prompt and press Enter.

- To fix this, open a command prompt and type “ipconfig /all”. This will show you all the network adapters in your computer and which ones are connected to Google USB drivers. You should see a list of Google USB drivers in this list, but they are not connected to any of them.
